Progress and Impact

All those involved have enjoyed the greater collaborative opportunities that have come through the Alliance. Specific projects have included: 

• The recruitment and deployment of a Family Liaison Officer who works across the Alliance schools to support families 
• The establishment of an Alliance Early Career Teacher programme to support teachers who are new to the profession 

The Alliance now employs a part-time Administrator to develop initiatives, support projects, monitor the calendar of meetings and administer the Strategic Development and Governance Boards.
